Abubakar Ozigi is a graduate of Mining Engineering and graduated with Classification of Distinction from the Prestigious Kaduna Polytechnic, the Federal University of Technology, Akure, and the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, where he also had an MBA. He is a registered Mining Engineer with professional membership with the Nigerian Society of Mining Engineers (NSME), The Nigerian Mining and Geosciences Society (NMGS) and the Council of Nigerian Mining Engineers and Geoscientists (COMEG). He has broad knowledge in Mining Consultancy and Research, Mineral Marketing, Gemology, Piping Design and Stress Analysis and field of Environmental Engineering.

Abubakar Ozigi is a tenacious and versatile professional with proven ability to contribute to success of Engineering Consulting Firm, Mining Companies, and Academic Organizations through Outstanding Educational Achievement and Engineering Expertise. He is a strategic and analytic individual and researcher with talent for managing large, complex mining and environmental projects. He has proven this while working with the prestigious Dangote Cement in Ibese plant operations where he was the pioneer mining engineer in the mines department. He was responsible for mines development and operations, shift management, SAP ERP Mines Solution daily confirmation of production, an engineering system auditor, a certified trainer and facilitator in line with ISO standards.
